Need some help guys

We are new to the 3.8L market so I need some help. We are currently working on a cheaper intercooling setup for you guys. We already have the 1" and 2" phenolic cores. I just need to know about pump and heat exchangers/radiators. I was thinking of having the option between the gm pump and the meziere pump unless you guys really like the flojet. Now the heat exchanger, I have absolutely no clue how much room is up front on these cars. On the cobalts I have two cores I use. One is a 21"x6"x2.5" core size the other is a, 24"x7"x3.5" core. We use 1/4" aluminum welded L brackets to mount them up. Any input on if either of these would work?

Flojet is junk. It's huge, loud, unreliable, and does'nt pump as much fluid as some of the other alternatives. If I were going to put together a intercooling kit I would offer it however, like most other vendors do, for the people who think spending less at the time being is actually better than buying the quality stuff at first and not having to worry about replacing junk later.

As for how much room is up infront of the core support and between the bumper.. that various from year to year. Some having more 'fancy' plastic stuff in between, some having nothing at all. Not to mention the variable on how much the person buying the kit feels like modifying things to make much larger cores work.

More options are always good. What features make your intercooler unique?

As for pumps, I use the Cobra/Lightning one (similar to GM).
I am also using the Frozenboost intercooler. Overall dimensions are: 26" x 7" x 3.5"

The FMHE fits pretty well, but unless you are going to design one from scratch to fit the front of a GP, you will have to do some modifications...
