Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

So i decided to do my headers... well not suck a great ****ing experience..... broke one stud off during removal (yes its in the head) then snapped another one off tightening the new header in right beside the first one.... any ideas on getti g these lil ****ers out?!?!? Plasmas help!!!!

A clean/flush break or is there anything sticking out???

If some is left, I would heat that sucker up with some map gas and use some vise grips to try and removed the rest.

Or you could try welding a nut (weld inside the nut) to the rest of whats left and see if it will come out.

Damn. Both of them Broke off inside with nothing sticking out. I hate to try drilling it but i think a tap and die is the only way i can get em out. Judt scared to do it cause i did this once on ny old dodge truck and hit a water jacket... gotta be done tho i guess.

Just make sure to use a left hand thread tap and drill. There is a product called Aldeen ease out and I find it works great for small things but have never used it over 5/16" sized studs. They sell a set at Home Depot it's about $19 a set but it's the only one I have had real luck with. The twist in and square ease outs seem to be crap.

Thank god they r both in the front on the far right studs of the head from looking down at it. Im going to go buy a welder and try the nut approach first... the if that doesnt work i will be tappin her!

One busted on removal and one busted going in. Lol i just want a reason to go buy a welder... i guess the easy out would be alright to try out.
