need help

we just got done changing the upper intake manifold gaskets and the car will run and everything is hooked up right and there is a whisling/whining noise coming from near the throttle bottle/middle right of the intake what could it be.

vacuum leak. double check that you tightened everything

i noticed last night i could barely turn it

is anybodys hose next to the belt going to the power steering close to the belt because ours was and we moved it and that may be the problem
