Need help with replacing gaskets!

Okay, I'm a newbie when it comes to cars, as I just bought my first car, a 2000 Grand Prix, 3.1 L. However, I have been able to diagnose the problems with the help of the internet and looking at my engine. There is a huge coolant leak coming out of the sides of the intake manifold, and it is getting into the cylinders. When I pulled out my spark plugs, I found burnt coolant and oil all over. I assume that the cause is the lower intake gaskets. What I need from you guys is a step-by-step walkthrough on getting to those gaskets and replacing them. I have the tools required, but the details of pulling the engine apart are lost on me. Also, I need to know where the low coolant level sensor is, maybe with a picture? The low coolant light keeps turning on even though I have full coolant (it was overfull before I drained it). Anyways, thanks in advance!
