OK, I have fixed motor and tranny mounts, sway bar, bushings and links, lower control arms and bushings, top motor mounts and still hear this noise when I go to turn right, it sounds like it is coming from the front passenger side, but it only does it once when I turn my steering wheel to the right, and then it doesn't do it again. Can some please help me with this problem I am still having.
Thank you Sammie

+1 for tie rods...do the inner as well. Most just do the outer but the inner wears out as well. You'll have to rent an inner tie rod tool from your local parts store.

change them and see if it does anything. To bad it'll throw your alignment off and you'll have to redo it.

test the inner before you go and buy new ones. the same push pull test also works for the inner, being the outer tie rods are new, there should be zero play when you push/pull on the tire.

inner rods do go bad, but they typically last much longer then the outer rods.

this could even be the rack crapping out, hope not, but its a guess. check the rack bolts while your at it, one side gets a rubber bushing, maybe its worn out, or a bolt is missing? who knows right, just more stuff to look at.

I hope not, it seems like I have been dumping money into this car and then it's one more thing that has to be replaced, It just never ends.

yeah the good old rack and pinion.

being that you have almost a whole new front end, sort of the inner tie rods and the rack. id hope for a bad inner rod.

oh, and check over the brake bolts, bracket and caliper. you never know.

what does this sound like? popping/rattling? can you also feel it in the steering wheel?

The sound is the same sound when my outer tie rods were going out but only on the front right passenger side is where I can hear it,sometimes I can feel it under the floor. But It only happens once and they I don't hear it again.

jack up that wheel, and do a push pull test at the 9 o clock position of the tire. it should be very tight feeling, any play could be the inner rod moving.
