Need help with fog lights..

Ok I had the halo projection headlights on my 01 GT and the halos were hooked up to the fog lights.. Long story short I needed to change bumpers and the headlight brackets snapped trying to unscrew them so the headlights were trash and I cut the wires that the fog lights ran to the halo and now when I turn on the fog lights they go on BUT when the headlights are on the fog lights aren't! Any idea what needs to be connected ?

Do the fogs come on with the hi beams?

No regular fogs.. I can't see why it would go on without the drl active
