Need Help With Evap system engine code P1665

I have a 98 grand prix gtp i have a check engine light on reading P1665 i have replaced to purge soliand in the enigne bay and the vent canister in the rear by the gas tank but this light keeps coming on i dont know what eles to do if anyone has a few tips please help me out thanks
