need help with emissions codes and pcv tubing parts

my 2000 (3.1 6 cyl) grand prix recently started displaying an emission code and first glance under the hood revealed some disconnected pvc tubing. i reattached it but think some of the rubber boots have just had it (car rolled 200,000 on the odometer in January!) and need replacing. i can't find the moulded "plastic" tubing that runs from the top of the engine to the back. any suggestions?
 


its not so much the tubing, I cant find the boots...guy at autozone told me it might be a dealer part but I know theres gotta be something out there.
 
Post a pic of the boot your talking about. I just did this massive search and found everthing I needed for wayyy cheaper than the dealer because the dealer only sells stuff in "kits". Post a pic Ill see if Ive seen one.
