need help white plugs

so my car has developed a problem gradually when i built my car i had no kr but it seems to be gradually getting worse like 5.8 deg kr at the top of second gear and i dont have a wide band but my 02s are between 945-955mv. and the timing jumps from 15 to 17 at the top of each gear. and at the top of each gear my boost spikes 2 or 3 psi and the plugs are white so lean so i need help please

prob #1 zzp pcm
prob #2 no wide band O2
prob #3 3.25 pulley when having Kr and lean AF

pulley up until you can fix the issue. if someone is close by get a tune and fix prob #1 and the prob in question

i understand all that but i dont understand why it ran good when i first built it. could a fuel filter or pump really cause this issue and the other problem is that there is nobody around here to tune so im solo on that one (i live in billings mt)

Idk, if not...you can't expect a canned PCM to work with that thing, it needs a custom tune. Bar none. Yank the blower belt off and drive it to someone and have them tune it. /end.
