I just got a 97 gtp and I need quick horsepower gains and saw that i want cold air intake and performance chip along with that a 3.25 pulley. also what exhaust sounds best with these motors
 


Cold air intake, "performance chip" and 3.25 pulley = BoOOm.

No performance chips for our cars, only a tuned PCM (computer) Best is a custom tune either on a dyno, or a street tune.

Cold air intake is a cheap easy mod. Go buy a 9" cone filter, slap it on the Throttle body, and zip-tie the IAT sensor close by the filter.

Pulley drop to a 3.25 from a 3.8 will be interesting. As in, dont do it, unless you have supporting mods...You will also be close to running the injectors static.


Get headers, make your own intake, and get it tuned. If you want more power than that, get ready to invest in a new transmission as the 97s are junk.

ummm preaty sure most of us have diy cold air intake and yet to hear about a motor blowing up over one lol dropping pully sizes with out supporting mods would make ur engine go BOOM! though

is there a way to veiw the other colors or if i dont like it can i send it back

(thinking about getting one to stick over my cousins honda crew sticker his sticker is on the inside of the windsheild so i could put this on the out side and no problems)
