need help removing ignition switch

alright guys. im in a pinch with time and i didnt take very long to get to this point and tomorrow 8/8/12 i wont have much time to finish this. so to speed this along i need your guys help :)

theres this part in the picture below that i couldnt figure out how to get off. i got the plastic part off that helps you turn the key and then i put it back on for the picture for some reason lol anyway. how does this come off? its the part that says delphi pass key and just underneath it it says ABS. i could rotate it and get one screw off the ignition switch but now i need to get the top screw off and this piece needs to be removed or so i think. so take a look and let me know what i need to do. thanks guys.

in the top of the column right on top of the key tumbler you will see a hole turn the key to run and stick a small Allen wrench or poker of your choice in the hole then pull the whole key and tumbler out, careful there are wires attached to it.
