Need help identifying this coolant hose

Yesterday I noticed a puddle of antifreeze on the ground under my car after leaving Walmart. At the time I thought it was oil as I'm a car noob and just changed my oil so the color looked pretty similar at night. I went back and bought a jack/stands so I could Jack the car up when I got home and attempt to find the leak. I drove 3 of the 4 miles home and the DIC informed me that the car was overheating (of course as the coolant had leaked out). The last 2 blocks of driving the temp went into the red. I parked the car and turned it off. I found the leak and took pics. I need to identify the leaky hose so I can have it replaced. Also what's the best way to temporarily "fix" the hose until I can get it replaced which will be this week.
I own a 2006 Grand Prix GXP

The hose itself is pretty expensive (80-90) but my store can have it same day so i would just bite the bullet and change it. You might be able to find some cheap heater hose thats 1.25-1.5 id to use and make it work for cheap thought.

being the rad support is soaking wet from a top it and wet through the holes there, check the rad for a crack. it happens all the time.

I'll check but after jacking the car up and adding water I turned it on to find the leak and it started coming out of the hole in the hose.

hose time then. a pin hole deal will spray all over too.

when the tank on the rad cracks it will follow the path of least resistance and follow what ever down.

not sure what you drive, its not a 3800 i can tell that much. amazon has a part checker. ebay also tells you if it fits or not.
