Need help identifying part

I recently purchased and 05 Grand Prix GTP, as I was inspecting the lines today I noticed there was a small crack in the assembly where the bypass actuator line, and the vacuum line connect. Thanks a lot guys, I spent a good while trying to find it, even went to the local parts store and the guy had no idea what it was.
