Need help help identifying piece under the bumper on 05 Grand Prix

Well I put my 05 gtp front end stuff on today and noticed I am missing the plastic part that goes under the the bottom of the bumper cover. It's the part that's behind the cover. I wanna call it a air dam. It goes in between the bumper cover and bottom of the radiator support. Connects to both inner fenders I believe.

Part 9 or part 12? Part 9 sits directly behind the bumper support against the radiator, and it's called a lower baffle or lower radiator baffle. Part 12 is all the way on the bottom and also bolts on either side to the bottom of the bumper cover (I think that's what you mean), and it's called a lower deflector or lower radiator deflector.

If you're missing 12, check to see that 9 is actually up there as well. I recently had to lower my subframe, and when I was removing the lower deflector I realized I didn't even have the baffle up there. It helps channel air into the radiator.
