Where does the tube that come off the intake duck go to?

Should be a spot of the back on the intake manifold I think.

there is a verticle 3/8ths nipple located to the passenger side of the evap solenoid on the rear of the blower near the TB

if the original elbow is rotted away you can replace it with an old spark lug wire 90* boot
