need help clanking noise

i have a 99 gtp with 170k miles on it and theres a clanking noise coming from my front end near the passenger side, i dont think is a suspension part because it happens on a smooth road with no bumps and it doesnt happen at high speeds (55mph+) i think its my S/C belt and/or the serpentine belt there both bad and need to be replaced but if its something else i would want to fix that first< what does this sound like to you guys?

If you think it's the belts, and they are bad, replace those first and see if it goes away.
