Need Help Car issue

I have a 98 GTP, I replaced the fuel pump about 6 months ago. And every since we installed the new one, It has been running VERY loud, you can hear it outside the car. A few weeks ago the noise stopped and then after about 1 hour of driving the car will just stop and go dead, or will die and start back up while driving. Tensioner (sp) broke on the serpentine belt. I had to use the one off the supercharge to get it home and still have not hooked the supercharge back up. The Fuel pump is running louder then ever now, own the way home the car would not go faster then 45 and feels like its going to die. Any ideas
 


Just went outside and pulled fuel pump, and did fuel pump speed control thing. Fuel pump still screaming at me. Call is running ok, But it always does after I let it sit for a while then it gets worse then It will do same as before
 
Since you're for Wichita get on www.kcpmc.net and join. There's several people on there from Wichita that would probably be more than willing to help you out. I used to live down there. Also we try to help each other out on that site \ car club too.
