Yes bio i know wrong spot to post, But i need help ASAP really bad.

Coolant issue leak issue, Okay guys, It wasn't my throttle body spacer, I checked, I got the blower off It wasn't the Yellow orings leaking, I made sure, i checked the PCV system and its soaked with coolant and oil, And so is the inside of the intake manifold, I pressure tested the blower with my mouth (EEEW) and all the ports are sealed nicely. No coolant ports leak air.

Is my intake manifold to blame then? i dont want to go through the trouble of blocking off the 2 coolant ports to find out its no good, Why is this leaking at the PCV? i took it out and it still checks out good, it rattles lol, And i blew it out and brake cleaner'd it,
sad part is i can't find my original Intake manifold and I cant get any in the junkyards :th_shakinghead2: another thing is i bought this intake gasket matched.... could he of screwed something up? i really really don't want to have to pull the intake off being i'll need coolant and another oil change and moneys tight right now :(

yes i am a little bit of white smoke at 65 degrees outside today, and i can smell it as well.

but its not in my oil.....

i just did head gaskets, and alum intake gaskets so thats not it. and all the coolant loss is up to of the motor in the intake manifold.

i just said the orings aren't leaking, the gasket around them is completely dry, And the gasket wasn't leaking i even tried running the car today without the spacer still did it, and it was dry still in the intake of the blower.

i made sure it wasn't the orings, i put in brand new ones, and rtv'd them

Please..stop telling us what it isn't and fill in details if you need help.

For coolant to be in the intake it must come from somewhere, right. Ok coolant is in the heads and intake manifold. I've yet to find anyone that couldn't put an intake gasket in properly. But..just in case.
Take a look at the gasket at each end of the head where you can see them. Are they spaced equally and don't appear to be diagonal to the top of the head. Were your TB, top of lim, bottom of sc area's compeletely clean from the old gaskets? Did you clean the o-ring areas with some steel wool to remove any old crud?

Coolant can only get in the intake from TB, or the yellow o-ring areas. It's really that simple. Since you say you have a TB spacer, that's the #1 cause of most leaks like this. Really..we all deny it, but it typically is the leak. When you look in the throat of the SC, is it wet? If so..it's your TB spacer or gasket. BTW that spacer doesn't do a single thing to help you. Not 1 thing.

LIM gaskets.. yeah it could be them, but for coolant to travel from the coolant port to the air port and into the cylinder is tougher to do than it seeping into the lifter valley and showing up in the oil. See how the rings/TB spacer are the main suspects?

Ok.. go to it... we expect it fixed in uh... 3 10mm nuts.
