Need advice please!!!

I need to see if someone can tell me what my problem may be...

It sounds likes it rubbing anytime I make a turn. This is just one problem, I also think my trans is slipping. My car has 178,000 miles. Is it worth it to put a new one in? I don't have the best credit, I bought my car at one of those high interest places and paid it off back in March. I don't know how hard it would be to get a new car, I also have a repo from before I bought this car. Anyone have insight on this???

Yes, just not the rubbing noise

What kinda car is it? Cause it could be the power steering pump. Sounds like the power steering pump only old grand prix just a little louder. Especially since it changed with engine rpm's. Check ur lower steering pump fluid level and just look around for any leaks or anything.
