Need Advice... Going CRAAAAZY !

Ok... Sooo Im contemplating going to a smaller sized pulley... some of my buddies suggest the idea... some despise it ... Any and all advice is taken to heart :D
I bought pretty much all of the parts for the car from Thrasher Charged,ZZP, W Body Store, and 3800 Performance.
Under the hood is the famous and ultra-reliable supercharged series II 3.8L V-6. It is attached to the 4T65E-HD
4spd auto trans. I have added the following things under the hood: A ram air intake with a 9" K&N air filter,
Fully re-programmed performance computer, a ZZP Ported Throttle Body with Throttle body heat shield, 3.4"
Thrasher supercharger pulley with Goodyear Gatorback belts from Thrasher Charged, MSD Coil Packs, MSD 8.5mm spark
plug wires, NGK Iridium plugs, 180 degree t-stat, 1.9 rockers, ZZP ceramic coated Powerlog and Crossover pipe, 3"
down pipe with Magnaflow cat and u-bend delete, and a flowmaster exhaust.
 


you dont have enough mods to drop pullies. in fact, youre probably knocking even with the 3.4.

you should have skipped that stuff and went straight with headers if you wanted to go past a 3.4.
 
Thanks for your time guys... headers will be ordered tomorrow... wanna throw some names out there? I know The Other Guys make a strong header but waaay on the high side... not looking for something "cheap" but reasonably priced. Anyone know about the Meth injection kits?
 


i got the obx ones, they are basically identical, except mine are stainless. welded them just like the picture he has.

I think the primaries are larger on the Pacesetter's...but don't quote me. I do know that mine aren't stainless as they are 2000* heat treated/coated.
 
probably should have ceramic coated mine, but oh well. later on i can take them off and do it myself. mine are 1.75 primaries, they are identical.
 
I want some pictures and reviews or installs about these headers. Who wants to find them for me?
 


larger primaries are for people with BIG cams and BIG heads. youll seriously get more out of your car in the long run with smaller primaries.
 
Pacesetters are on the way : ) should I go ahead and order the pulley or are you guys still suggesting that I need a better means of cooling first?
