Need advice for tinted tails

so i tinted my tails today... a little bit darker then i wanted but they still look good darkness wise. The only thing is they are dull and not too shinny. I know most of you have DIY tinted tails so the advice i need is should i hit them with another coat of clear (i put 2 on already) or would waiting till totally dry (6 hours from paint time) and wax and buff them out work? Thanks guys...

If you think its ok, put a light coat on, wait like 10 or 15 mins, then put heavy coat (like as heavy as you can get it w.o dripping). a heavy coat shouldnt leave orange peel. either that, or let them dry and sand them a little so the next clear coat will stick better. i didnt polish mine or anything and they are super smooth.

Unnecessary if you paint properly.
