need advice about plugs and coils

i know a million people ask about what plugs...but im down to my last option. my car has ported S/C with 3.4, SLP headers with custom 3 inch down and 2.5 out the back, dhp pcm, msd and stock coils, and autolite 104s. ive been throwing a code for multiple misfires. since the first time ive replaces coils and plugs, checked all wires and made sure all connections were tight and clean. i threw the code again tonight. it only happens when "racing" or heavy load persay. can anyone lead me in another direction or suggest something.

^^^agreed, heavy load only also points to wires.....

check for carbon tracking on the spark plugs, if there is some do plugs and wires, and make sure to use dielectric grease on the new ones
