so i think i already know but this morning it was about 35 and windy as sh!! and my car didnt want to start. i have a 98 gp with the 3.8. it just sat there and cranked but i had to actually put my foot on the gas to get it to start. kinda like the old carbs.. have a feeling my battery is weak and that is causing the hard starting but i'm just trying to get some other opinions before i pay all that money for a new battery.. thanks
 


new plugs/wires, fuel filter, air filter, oil change, even IF the tune up doesnt solve your problrm (which i think it will) at least you got the tune up done and you know the milage you will put on after. to me, sounds like your battery is good since it is cranking. possibly check fuel pump as well, make sure its priming nice and loud
 


Do the fuel filter first. It's more than likely clogged

For plugs I would just get autolite factory replacement unless you are running a smaller pulley
