Need a quick hand from someone online

I'm in the middle of installing some halo projectors and need to find a source of switched power from the ignition switch up under the hood. I'm pulling fuses in the power distro center but as I expected, they're all the main feeds to the rest of the car and they're all showing 12 voits with the car off. Anyone know where I can catch 12v ignition switched without bringing a wire from under the dash?
 


Well, my low beam line (read - DRL power as well) is wired to a relay to fire the HIDs up. I want the halos to run as the DRLs basically when ever the cars running, so I've gotta snag some low-amp power for those somewhere under the hood. The normal/stock DRLs are disabled now as I removed the DRL diode so the HID's wouldn't be on constantly. Any quick advice appreciated - I'm lighting my hair on fire trying to get this and other tasks wrapped up tonight before leaving on business for the rest of the week.
