Need a little help...

Its probably a simple thing to place but I was lookin through all my parts and a found a couple odds and ends bolts out of place those i can figure out but I found a solo Snap ring in guessing balance shaft or cam or something along those lines
Im sure someone knows where it could go

Looked over as much of the stuff on gm si2000 and couldnt see it in the blow ups diagrams hmmmm

snap ring...hmmm, how big is it???? That might help determine its possible location

eh, whats the worst that can happen with a snap ring out of place...

Its like an inch and a half maybe 2 inches across
And no im not sure thats whats frustrating me

The engine cabinets areent lockable and theres 4 engine groups and 5 trans groups in the classroom

did you have the pistons off the rods? if so that may be what it is. a pic would help.

ill take a pic at school tomoro and no its not a wrist pin snap ring I rememember pulling a snap ring though so im sure its from my car
