I have a 99 grand prix gtp. I bought the car a few weeks ago and everything worked fine. Now I am having problems with the heater. It works fine once and a great while so I replaced the ignition switch today tinnking that was my problem but no luck. I have no blower speeds and when it was working the blower would slow down when I turned the wheel to the right. Any help would be well appreciated thanks:th_sick2:

There is no water on the floorboard and no speeds what so ever I hooked a voltage meter up to the resistor and have voltage so I guess I will replace the blower. When I had the voltage tester hooked up I ran it through all the speeds and found that there was more voltage at lower speeds than the high ones. Does that sound right?

There would be more voltage at the higher speeds, max voltage 12V at full speed. If you had full/high speed, then the resistor is bad. If you have no speeds at all, pull the motor out and bench test it, or unplug and connect 12V to the motor from an outside power supply.
