• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Need a code deleted

Is there anyone local or in the wichita area that could scan my PCM and delete the 1133 code? Ive gone through a couple new sensors, double checked the exhaust for leaks, checked the wiring for damage, everything is good but im still throwing this code.

I did unplug the battery. And strangely the light has been off for almost 4 days. (ive unplugged the battery to fix this b4, it nvr workd for more than a day) im just waiting for the light to come back on so i can switch O2 sensors and see if that truly fixes the prob. If not i really need the code deleted. & the funny thing is, now my car idles at 1300rpm (i havent done anything to the car recently) since the light went off. could the pcm be doing that? Or is my maf sensor bad, or could the below freezing temps here mess with the maf? anyone willing to scan my car for meto find out the issue?

1133 code is slow 02 switch rate. I had the same issue on mine. I wasted about 30 hours trying to fix it. I never was able to come to a conclusion as to why I had the issue. I just deleted the code a well. No issues 3 years later

ive had delco and bosch O2 sensors. Ive got a denso i can use when or if the light does come back on.

I wouldnt think so.

Damage has already been done.

there is a bulletin that says they can vary their output so quickly that a tech 2 scanner wouldnt be able to pick it up yet it could still be bad.

There is a local to you...Jeremy.

Pity410 on KCPMC.net

I doubt he comes here, but you can contact him through Farnsworth.
