Need 2005 GTP tables ajusted for xp cam



ok... 2006 GTP (with 2005 GTP zzp pcm) but Now I have only this setup, modular 3.6 pulley, 180 stat, cai, 3 downpipe without cat, 2.5 catback, tr6 plug, zzp pcm... I want to install setup with XP cam no intercooler.... I wonder if I can find a file from a setup xp cam xp no intercooler and with 105# springs, single timing chaine, but I dont know what pulley size use if I install headers with this cam....
 
ZZP will tell you the tune is all the same, which is true to an extent, but I recommend a dyno tune for best results. You can drive around fine on your current tune, but I've heard people say you should increase the idle RPM to decrease dampener wear.
 
ok, and can I find a another file for my current setup for try this on my 06 GTP and\or compare with my HPTuners ?... Because I already owned a GTP99 with setup 3.4 pulley and I felt it was more powerful
 
You'll want to keep your stock timing table as it's supposed to be one of the better ones to have. Also, you should be scanning to check KR and air/fuel ratio. ZZP tune tend to run on the rich side (as well as any other off the shelf tune) which will cause a decrease in performance. You can compare the two files, but I highly doubt you will find many similarities.
 


If you own HPT why not learn to make the tune yourself?

Its not super hard, just do a few weeks of reading and understanding the motor and you can figure it out.

There are books out there and tons of info on the web, this site has some good read for basics.

Greg Banish's Engine Managment Advanced Tuning is a good starting book.
 
When I swap a car, I start off with a very basic start.

Remove P0300 from DTC's
Adjust for the maf if it's been swapped with a different one
Review torque management and pe

That's what it takes to "start" the car.
