• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Naturally inspired Grand Prix 3.8 mods?

It woulda been $50 but I was parked on the actual ramp. I shoulda noticed that my car was skewed about 35* :th_lipssealed1:

So I looked it up and it shows for the 06-08 V* models, is this the one you are talking about? MDL 63 series? I assum it would bolt right up with the V6

Here's a little about the WS6 Firebird, although I'm only on this forum for my GP.
I'll list of a few of the goodies, It was built at a local performance shop here in the Bay Area of Ca and is nitrous ready. It has diamond coated pistions with stock heads using pro billet rods, stock nirated crank and main stud kit. I'm running a futral 13 grind cam, double roller chain set up with a light weight ported oil pump, ported LS6 intake which I believe can handle up to 7500-8000 RPMS and 900-1000 hp. Hooker headers, 3 inch Y-Pipe set up with cat delete running to flowmasters (really loud). I'm also using the racetronic fuel system set up, along with (when needed) 100-150 dry shot. My car is fully balanced and tuned blah blah blah, you get the point. I know I'm missing a lot of other things like the supsension, drivetrain, ECT. but I'm at work and have other ..... I need to type LOL

Going from four wheels that can rock&roll to two that can hardly roll?

Dude, haven't you ever heard the saying :
"Harley Davidson, The most efficient way to convert gasoline into noise without the side effect of horsepower." :th_frowning:

I'd recommend get a set of ER Rockers from ZZP: ZZ Performance

You won't have to worry about it being legal or not because no one would know that you installed them. They're really easy to install too. It would probably take about an hour to do and it will give a real gain to the L36. Just make sure that you buy a set of re-usable rocker bolts too:

ZZ Performance

I'd say do that and a HV3...no one can see that either. You can also get a catted 3" DP to help getting rid of all that air.

You can just order the rockers straight from ZZP's website and have it shipped to your place. They are really easy to install too. I wouldn't waste my time with a shop because they'll charge you an arm and a leg for install.
