NA coil packs causing kr?

I saw a thread on here that briefly mentioned using naturally aspirated coil packs could cause kr issues on a supercharged setup. It was only briefly discussed though and so im wanting to know if this is true or if anyone knows anything on this subject. Thank you.

I don't know if this helps but I was getting P0300's on my '97 GTP and I put an ICM and the accompanying coil packs from a NA 3800 and the 300's went away
 
That doesn't make any sense. It's the same coil pack and ICM to my knowledge

Referenced from Rock Auto for 2000 and 2006, AC Delco E530C is listed as the coil pack and AC Delco D1977A is listed as the ignition control module for both naturally aspirated and supercharged Grand Prixs.
 
I gave some coil packs from my supercharged grand prix to by brother in law and he used them on his n/a impala. they didn't fix his problem, but they worked just fine.
