N/a 07 gp what exhaust should i get

Looking for opinions here, esp from anyone has the N/A with duals on it. I just installed the rear valance so I now have the dual outlet. I ordered some Vibant 1331 tips and am now looking for what mufflers would sound the best without that rice rocket sound. I want that deep rumble if I can. trying to stay away from flowmaster as they dont sound good on the N/A if you ask me. Maybe Magnaflow with res delete? Get a down pipe with Magnaflow and res delete? Maybe just down pipe, keep the res and Magnaflow?

So helpful.

I would get one of the catbacks from ZZP/Magnaflow or a Corsa if you can afford it. You could always have your local muffler shop weld something up.

None, really geezz

Anyways thats the route I was thinking of going. I went to a few local shops who said Magnaflow would sound the best. I really like the Corsa exhuast but out of my range. What Magnaflow muffler do you suggest? I know there are several different types out there. I think I see the pro series on these cars a lot

Personally, I think it will still sound like a GM V6, which isn't a pleasant sound.

Your right it will sound like a V6, I have two muscle cars for that damn good v8 sound, I'm just trying to give my car a little something when it comes to exhaust note. And for your info i had a V6 Grand National that was a monster and sounded better then most V8. Anyways thanks for your opinion

I like the sound of my dual mufflers after putting in a huge after market cone air filter, that gave it a nice throaty sound.

I'm running Slp exhaust and I think it sounds a lot better then the stock sound , I listened to a video I made with the stock exhaust ....Eww I hated it lol

stock exhaust is quiet, that's the only forgiving part about it. only a few different sets of mufflers will sound good at anything other than idle. any chambered mufflers sound like junk.

your best bet to actually have a setup you like is to go no bigger than 2.5" and to KEEP a resonator or a glasspack. that is your only defense against raspy, droney exhaust.

Stock res or glasspack in place. I like the sound of borla but they're a little racy, magnaflow's a little bit deeper.

Just buy Speed Daddy headers and leave the factory catback alone.

Get different mufflers if you want sound...Adding Speed Daddy's won't only give you a better sound since the converter is gone but you'll get a decent gain in performance as well for the money...then no matter WHAT upgrades you do in the future...your exhaust system is taken care of and you don't have to ever worry about it again.

the small exhaust leak you get from the leaky flex with a stock catback sounds pretty good IMO.

Its louder than my 3.8 pulley at times.
