Hey guys, I've lurked around in the past but decided to make an account. My name is Adam and I'm from Alabama. I'm currently in high school. I drive a white '08 GP. I think it's a "special edition" because of the skirts and wheels? Would be nice if someone could confirm it.
I like this car a lot, but it comes from a terrible owner who also happens to be my sister. She's had issues in parking lots several times and there are cosmetic damage to prove it. Also, the interior was a huge mess. Cupholders filled with sticky gunk, spill stains all over the place, ect ect... I've cleaned up most of it up. She's now currently driving the car I had for the past 2 years, '07 Nissan Altima SE V6. Nice, fast, and boring car. It has the CVT, which makes it even more boring. Hopefully she won't get this car any dirty, I've kept it so clean it still has a whiff of that new car smell here and there even at 55,000 miles.
I like this car because it's LOUD for a stock car and it's also smoother than the Altima. I was kinda getting tired of the Altima's choppy ride. It may be a downgrade in handling, but honestly I don't think I care. The brakes could be stronger on the GP, though.
It's night out but here's some pics I took:
Don't think I'm going to go all out on the mods (or maybe no mods at all...) but I might tint the windows, smoke the lights (very lightly), and paint the "PONTIAC" on the rear bumper. I also really like the skirts and wheels, so those aren't changing.
