when i called to put the packages on hold, i told you i was not going to be home to get the packages and to put the packages on hold for me to pick them up. why in ****s sake did you put ONE OF FOUR packages on hold and then put the other three on the truck for delivery?!

thank god my girlfriend will be home to get the other three later.
