can some here take a quick look and tell me where im bangin on it seem to be that i cannot go past 98 when i reach that point it kicks like your pumping the break pretty heard.
 


what im sayin is whe in get to 98 @ WOT it cuts out like your accelerating and hitting the break at the same time. im lost i have check spark limiter speed limiter and i just cannot seem to find my g spot.
 
it could be down shifting
idk if any gp do that but friends nissan did it would down shift at WOT if he held it there for a while, like if you hammer it and dont let off until 5 miles later(whitch is what we were doing), it would only let it get up to about 130 then it would down shift by itself
 
i have changed the shift mph and rpm and from the way it looks it shouldn't be doing that im not 100% but im thinking it might be some thing with TCC Apply/Release maybe there not set right.

You said something about changing shift points, so to me it sounds like YOU ****ed something up yourself, and that's why it's "broke."
 
no it aint broke its been like that since i bought it its something in the setting im sure and hope. im not offended easily its just ever time a i have a question dudes a smartass. dont like smart asses.
 
Ive seen the car and bet it would do 100 in the quarter mile.. It should anyways with the mods..
 


not alot but i have a 2004 gtp with 3.6 mps speed daddy headers and slp exhaust with cai. im sure a gtp with these mods will exceed 100 mph maybe not 100 with in the 1/4 mile but close enought to worry about my limiter because it cuts out at 96 and today it went up to 98 for some reaseon but i ran it a couple more and verified that at 96 mph it starts to cut out and it feels like your hitting the break. i found a thread about this some where but cant remeber been along time ago.
