Hopefully moving there on late July. I still need to build some kind of structure that will provide shadow to the parking area.

Is that really a bunker in your back yard? What is it for? I like how houses in America have big back yards. Stuff here is built with less space in between.

Looks to me like you got plenty of yard space bruh. Nice house. Makes me wonder, if you can afford a house like this, what cars do you drive other then a GP?

Nah it's not that much, remember this is in Mexico and properties are no where near as expensive as in the US. The house is roughly 150k USD and it's 20 year loan too.

I only drive the GP now and my wife a 05 outlander, I could drive a better car, but I don't like to spend that much out of my paycheck on car payments. I also don't like to mess or mod cars that are more pricey because it's expensive when you mess something up in a car like that.

The house is located just a couple of miles north from where I live now:

20.768450,-103.393358(Circuito Caridad) - Google Maps

You all can come and visit anytime =D

Framed in the back porch. Added Pella architect series double hung window and a pella designer series french door with shades between the glass. Need to add exterior steps dywall and going with brizilian walnut for the floor to match whats going down on the rest of the house. Ordered 17 Pella architect doublehungs and 4 designer series casements for the rest of the home. Getting them installed on saturday. :)

Next up is porch replacement. Going with a composite redwood color for top decking boards and compsite Slate color for the ledger/outside framing boards

After the windows the rear of the house will be resided. Thinking of going with hardie plank. Not sure yet. Will have to see how deep the pockets are after all this gets done lol

House is looking awesome man! Staining sucks, but the reward on how it looks is amazing! BTW I'm extremely jelly of your basement. Wish we had them here in Texas.
