Around this generation is when GM started ****ing up good.
Grand Prix GPX of 97? Should've been made.
Maybe not this entire vehicle, but certain aspects of it should've been made.
It was a V8 AWD Grand Prix at the turn of the century making about 300HP.
People were buying ****ty 270hp RWD Mustangs, I can't see why someone wouldn't want a (probably cheaper) Grand Prix.
Probably competed too much with the at-the-time Camaro and Trans Am.
 


Looking at the link where the maker was posting progress pics, I noticed the red bumper didn't have a lower grill center post. That would be cool if you were not going for an exact concept repo
 
yeah i noticed that to, dont know how thatll look,
i think the car needs it, just looks better
someone ps a car a take the center piece out and lets see
 
I've actually seen a couple GPs without the lower center post and I don't like it. It looks strange, and the lower fascia no longer has that support and sags ever so slightly...

and it is that same bumper, except, i had flip fill in the front license plate filler into teh bumper
 


my roommate has a GTO bumper and i keep thinking about trying to mold in the sealed fog lights into my bumper.

I have been thinking for some time now how I'd love to see the bigger '04+ fog lights on the Gen 6 bumpers. I'm very curious to see what that bumper cover will look like with an SD air damn modified to fit it.
 


maybe if it was like the 04+ se rear. but idk the diffuser has too many hard lines for the 97 curves
