• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Can you guess which it is?

It's what the Aussie/Brits call it. I have been watching a lot of Top Gear lately. no more info, this is a guessing game ;)

It sure does doesn't it :)

We have a winner folks. Bought from INTENSE when they parted the white turbo car out. Already painted the color of my car :)

I couldn't pass it up. I bought it because of the price and history more then the looks of it.

Personally I like the ASCD cowl hood best but those aren't gong to be made until someone takes over from Rex passing away.

That hood does look pretty mean. Love the vents in the side of the cowl. Seen one on a black GP with the vents for a advertisment. Might have been cf though. Like it man, looks awsome. I was thinking of getting one, but doesn't come with the vents. Suppose to be like only 17 pounds. 20 to 30 pounds lighter than oem.

Wow, that hood looks good. Definitely a one of a kind car now. :D

Oh yeah.. by the way, what is your address and approximately what times do you leave your car out in the open unoccupied? j/k :th_biggrin2:

I put it on myself, all by myself, yes, like 12-15lbs or so.

I got the car together and couldn't drive it because I couldn't close the hood :(

It was too light to move the spring in the hood latch. I spend 2 hours or so driving around town trying to find a lighter rate spring that would fit in the latch. What a PITA that was.

When I was reading up on it, they recommended hood pins, but the only place I can see to mount them would put them coming out a quarter way up th hood. Don't know how good that would look. Did you come up with anything yet? It'll still be a while before I get mine though. 700 bucks is the cheapest I found so far. I want to get my motor work done first.
