my GTP vs. some blue GTP xD

So im cruising home from my girls' house & almost getting home i hear a some weird throaty exhaust sound :confused:.. but didnt look around to find it,i just heard it. Then I hear that same sound passing me slowly on my pass. side & i saw a clean navy blue gtp, he had some exhaust mod & some cool tips(NOT RICER ONES), actually looked kinda nice, but didnt like the sound xD.. So he switched lanes & stepped on it to pass some other car. I step on it slightly to get up next to him, got next to him, guess he got the idea fast & I drop to 3rd and we get on it & leave him kinda far behind prolly 4 cars.. Almost getting to my exit I was cruising again not giving a F** haha, & I see the same car coming up fast getting really close behind me & he changed 2 lanes to my drivers side & he was with his girl.. guess he told her something kuz she wouldnt stop staring haha, prolly trying to look past the tint xD.. So im like F*** it, lets go again ill catch the next exit xD.. so i drop to 3rd, get on it & i leave him again like 4 cars, so i let it go & i see em gaining a lil so i gun it again until i hit the freakin gobernr & i guess he did too right after kuz i saw his car do a lil nose dive xD haha.. :th_shakinghead2:
 


you shouldnt have to go that fast to show your car is fast. however, watch out for the v8 cars once you break 100 mph. they will run away past that.

No, I'm saying they must have been going faster than 80 because they didn't get the 2nd gear downshift...but go ahead and just throw your car into 2nd on the highway...its good for it.

definately if you have no valvetrain work.....b4 rockers i used to fall on my face at 100.....i cant imagine how much better it is with a S1X or other cam setups.

i dont do alot of racing so im ignorant in this field but wen u say u dropped to third.....just need some clarification here.
 
he's saying that the car automatically shifted down to third because the car was already going too fast for second gear...
 


Going too fast for second?

THe only point in putting it in "3" is so that you dont gun it in fourth which would be bad.....
