Hello, recently my car has been going limp..(not where it actually says reduced engine power) as it takes way to much to get get going not as in trans wise but as if the motor is bogged down ... it just feels lazy as if its not all therr no codes... I just recently put in tr55s could it be a defective plug or wires ? I will try to catch it on video.. when I really open it up... it feels extremely slow and civic like... idk im a worry freak but any input is awesome thanks... also when taking off from a dead stop sometimes my kr spike to 10-12 false im sure but could this be retarding the timing way to much hense the laziness?
 


Clean the TB and maf.

Wasn't the car throwing a p0420 code recently? A bad cat will cause the cat to be sluggish.

You can also unplug the maf and see how the car runs.
 
Its really random one second its fine which is 90% of the time and then pppppppbbbbbbp it just runs like crap its really poor once the car shifts to second it just bogggggssss down badly s/c whinning n all
 


I suppose I will clean tb, and maf but I had the maf off nit even a month ago when putting on the intake and it was clear
 


May be faster... but mines still newer lawl jp dude I appreciate your help... really any realistic ideas what it may be ? Im a worry wart and im drunk so that doesnt help lmao

You check the things I suggested also the knock sounds like false to me could be worn motor mounts causing the engine to move.
 
It was for awhile. Not sure never bothered tracking it. The local track closed years ago and every other one is 2+ hours away and not worth it to me in case something brakes then I'm stuck with a expensive tow bill.
