My DIC doesn't work

Here's my dilemma this time fellas. My DIC hasn't worked for quite some time now, but my HUD was always fine. I put 4 new bulbs in the DIC and decided to check if they worked. Everything was ok. I put the remaining bulbs in, go to check operation, and now none work. I later notice my HUD doesn't work. Everything else still works fine (chimes,lights,radio etc)

I checked fuses, connectors, bulbs to no avail. Not sure what else it could be.

Highoctane, I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure selling a 17 year old DIC is illegal...unless he is 18 and its for porn...
 


I know I'm bringing this thread back from the dead, but I didn't see the point in making a new one.

How would one go about unplugging the DIC? I removed the two blue comb looking things and figured I could just pull the plug. That thing ain't budging and I feel like it's gonna break if I pull any harder. Am I missing something?
 
Anybody happen to have a wiring diagram for the DIC circuit? I've already checked fuses, grounds, etc. and replaced bulbs with two different sets with no luck.

I'm assuming it's an issue with the circuit board itself but I would like to know for sure. It's a '97 GTP if it matters any.
 


ok if your assuming the circuit board is faulty then if you have an extra one that is a known good one then why wouldnt to get the extra one?
