This is how every conversation goes when someone calls about my truck:

Them- "Hi, do you have the silverado for sale?"
Me- "Yes, sir."
Them- "How much are you asking for it?"
Me- "$18,000."
Them- "And what are the miles on it?"
Me- "94,000 miles sir."
Them- "Okay, bye."
**beep beep beep**

I'm about to just put those two pieces of information in my voicemail recording.
 


My asking price? If i could keep them on the phone long enough, I'd explain that it's well below KBB value.

I also don't understand why my post does not appear on craigslist. I keep submitting it, hitting publish from my email, and it just never shows up.
 


700 under excellent value and 200 over good value for a truck that is in pristine condition counts as "well under" in my book. NADA doesn't have a section for private party sellers, just retail and trade-in.
 
As for why your ad wont show up on Craigslist, its happened to me before and I have an account set up. It just brain farts or something. I deleted it, even though it wasn't showing, and waited a day or two, then reposted it.

Also you have to wait 15 minutes after posting for it to show up in the listing.

I did just figure out why it won't get posted even though I listed it a day or 2 ago. Can't put KBB links in my posting.

Wouldn't be the first time someone made an appointment then didn't show up.

I wouldn't hate though, at least it'd give me an excuse to go get some BBQ.
