Hey ever since i installed my CAI and Headers my car runs hotter. When it was stock it kept at a steady temp around 160-180. Since ive got the CAI and Headers if i play around with it (Accelerate fast, here and there, excluding burnouts, and i will stop once i notice it getting hotter) it reaches 210 after about fifteen mins and sometimes shuts off. Can a CAI and Headers make my engine run hotter ? Is it time for a colder stat and plugs ? I will be introducing a tuned PCM and 3.4 pulley next week so....But I did also look at my coolant and it's pretty fresh, the coolant hoses are tight, and im sure my car doesn't need oil. Im just wondering why all of a sudden my car is beccoming a oven. Everything seems to run smooth ... Thanks ! :th_thumbsup-wink:
