i saw a escalade that was white out'd
like murked out, but a white instead
somehow he had white tail light, but im not sure how he did it
 
I'm pretty sure most escalades have smooth, flat, straight surfaced tails and headlights, and they do make colored tint film, sure it wouldn't be too hard, and probably be kind of cool being something different.
 
Saw a 300c once with a crazy flip flop candy paint. The Tail lights also were this color. It was pretty cool. Let out light perfectly.
