My Billet rotor block

vsl67

New member
I havent been on here much but heres what Ive been up to After some dramas with my rotors ,I Decided with help from engineers and supercharger experts to make a rebuildale Rotor block that uses of the shelf seals and has adjustable clearances between the rotors and the block ,Also the rotors are locked into place to stop the rotors from working their way into the rear of the case which has happened in the past ,also the recess between the rotors and block has been eliminated I think this has caused the increased induction noise at idle it sounds like a jet power up
Its only in the testing stage at the moment but is going well

Im not going into too much more detail except to say this is a bit more than a machined piece of billet

wait a minute...someone doing ACTUAL fab work for their car? no ****ing way.

props to you, sir. mad props.

Nice work. Glad to see someone else does mods like I do... I figure anything will fit with a blow torch, saws-all and a Bridgeport mill.

Hell of a bad a$$ engine compartment. I thought the pic had been inverted because of the brake booster and master cylinder until I saw that he was from Australia... Coursw I'm a little slow anyways... hahaha

really BIO???? You felt you needed to go there? Nice. I was just commenting that I liked his ride and wondered what it was. I did look at his profile and nothing was there. So I asked. Anyway... Nice machine work vsl67!!!

Yeah you can send them directly to HPC if you want they should be cheaper for you guys as your dollar is usually stronger then ours and actually that coating is a experimental anti friction coating its abit different from the blue coating I use to use (alot stronger)

the contact details are on the rotor rebuilding thread
