No back seats mine are in really good shape and everyone who sits in the back tells me there comfortable so i take their word for it.

Yup, fvck the original seats. I love my 05 seats. The heat is 10X better also.

Yeah, are they heated, I'm not sure about cloth, my leather seats have dual heat.
