dead dont people on here hook up the ratchet to the bolt, put it on the frame and crank the engine over and bust the bolt free? fuel and ignition disabled of course.
 


you dont need heads, just a starter crank and flywheel!

If its that much apart you must be a baby if you cant get that off. I can think of 10 ways to do it right now
 
If I had the time I would. Iv worked atleast 50hrs so far. Going to be in palatine all day tmw, gotta work sunday to to catch up on orders

put the starter on, rest the ratchet handle against the frame and spin the engine.
 
Im off work tuesday so if you dont get it by then i can try to help out. If we were to get that crank bolt loose, do you have the tool to remove the balancer?
 


Update! Thanks to Poker we were able to get the cam out safely. Install will begin Tuesday! Here are some pics of it continuing.
