Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

My 98 GP SE and what ive done to it

Yup, both of those^^.

If this car gets lowered and some certain blue stuff gets yanked off, then I'll be a fan...it can come around nicely if the pawns are moved into the right place IMO.

^ This.

I'm not opposed to the car, as I don't have to DD it myself.

I would have gone a different way, but that's me.

As I said before, If you happy with what you did, more power to ya, keep on keepin on! :th_thumb-up:

well i know the car isnt for everybody, but i like and boy do heads turn when im driving around.
And ive had a few offers on the car - young guys.

It needs a L67 or L32 complete swap, find a rear end totalled GTP and drop the whole cradle and pull the harness and pcm and just put it in and done... supa fast sneaka sucka

Is it not easier to drop in the 3.4? I just know that on j-bodys a 3.1 to 3.4 swap is a one weekend job for an inexperienced person.

Huh?

Why would you drop in a J-Body 3.4 when you can drop in a SC 3.8 that is designed for it. His is a SE bodystyle... just needs the GT bumpers and you wouldn't know the difference. If you doing a motor swap, go for the gold, not 4th place

ok Have been waiting for this to shrink - has not - everybody including the directions says it shrinks - it has NOT shrunk - so its stuck in the cup. I even tried to heat it, put it on the door of my dishwasher after washing dishes - and thats good steam and heat.

And this is not all bad news - Cause i can make the badges right in the centre caps.

Ok first attempt on making custom center cap badges - still waiting for it to dry and shrink - instructions says it will shrink - not so far
Oh, this is in a stainless cup

maybe because its surrounded it didn't get enough air?

Why not just try making a vinyl overlay and clear coat it to the centercaps, problem solved.

no problem not solved - the centre caps have no badge in them

and they are even more apart then pics show, I have taken the plastic that clips into the rim, so the centres can be powdercoated.

Thanx for the info, but i will be going as I am, it has an awesome hold in the cup, so it will work in the centers.

Ill see how it goes, i can always contact him if mine comes out wrong.

nope, rims not finished yet, end of month + a few days are really busy for me.
But should be done in the next 2 weeks.

OK put a blue ring on the white rim.

And since the ss valve stems wont work, i found flush mount valve stems and they are the right size.

So that would mean no blue dice - but would paint the valve stems blue.
