2000 GTP 2 door. 158,000 miles. ZZ Performance 3.5 pully, Headers, Fender Well Intake, Taylor wires and PRJ performane tuned it also has F-body calipers and drilled and slotted rotors front and rear. Soon to get a Triple Edge Performance built transmission. The clear is peeling on a little over half of the car and the front bumper has scrape's. So it will get an all over paint job soon as well.

I dunno about the lowering part.. But the tint is a must. It will get tinted after the triple edge trans comes in and the car is driveable.

Finally getting ready to do something with my GTP. Window tint is coming tues, have an SLP spoiler coming and a set of wheels too. Trans is getting built next weekend. I was goin to get a Triple Edge Trans but I cant wait 2-3 weeks. So i found a local shop that knows these transmissions pretty well and is going to build it to the same specs as a TEP trans. Here's a few pics of the car now and Ill post more when stuff starts getting done.

I saw this car on craigslist a few weeks ago and was gonna go look at it but the guy told me it sold. At least it's getting taken care of. Don't put those tail lights in it though.

Yep. I bought it 2 or 3 weeks ago. Haha no way!! Those tail lights would never be on one of my cars!! Thats just a generic photo off the net. But yea i also ordered my new stereo today and also have hi/low hid's and fog light hid's coming too.

Is the paint all that bad? I saw in the add he said the clear was peeling. If you don't mind me asking what did you pay for it?

Yea clear is peeled off the whole passenger side and has a few small spots starting on the driver side. My dad is a painter and body man. So im just gonna do an all over and be done with it. I also picked up some seats. I got a good deal on a set of near perfect low mileage seats out of a totaled gt. only going to use the front cause my back seat is fine and the seats are out of a 4 door. So the back one wont fit anyway. I got it for $1000

Where is a good place to shop around for aftermarket hoods? And i also need to find a list of the abbreviations used on this site. I see them used all over the site and dont know what any of them mean

Just picked the car up from getting tint. 15% all around 5% strip. Sorry for the crappy pics.. Its crappy outside. I also found a new set of wheels i might buy 17x9 10th anniversary cobra wheels.

Well i ended up buying these wheels.. They are 17x9's. Need to get 2 tires for them. Cant wait to get the tires mounted and get them on the car!!

I love the dark tint. I have 20% in the front and 5% in the back with visor, just have to worry about those damn cops

Looks like its coming along, I do like the tint. How many inches did you do on the front windshield? The wheels look like they will be very nice as well. Post pics as soon as you get them on...

Hey DanPrixGTP Not all of us cops care about tint!!! Look at my GTP I just put 5% all the way around, lol!!! No, I know I use to be in the same boat when I wasn't in law enforcement. There are some cops that like to harass people about the small stuff such as tint, try to live in Illinois the laws are crazy....

I got pulled over for my tint as I left the tint Shop. Right after I pulled out of the parking lot I got pulled over instantly, didn't even my tint on for 30 seconds. Now i'm always paranoid when I pass a cop
