so i'm currently tracking down a hilarious electrical problem. the drivers side BRAKE lights are dead. everything else is functioning 100% properly. good times.

i've narrowed it down to between the tail light and the rear fuse block in the back seat. first time i've not loved this car up until now, hah.

no. there's two 3157 bulbs and three wire sockets in the tail lights. the middle one, even though it calls for a 3157 and has a three wire socket, is only a running light. the wire for the blinker leads back to the connector in the car, but there's no wire on the other side to connect to it. DUMB.

so i focused the whole time on that center bulb and why the crap it wasn't working with the brakes and totally glazed over that the only brake light is the top bulb and the bulb was just bad.

like i said, stupid. i might "fix" it sometime so that both bulb light up when the brakes are applied. it only makes sense to do that...

i've been playing with the idea of directional wheels just to do something different. they'd be true directional so i'd never rotate tires with them and they'd look the same on both sides of the car.

but everyone i've shown my ****ty photoshop to says no, hah.

they're not the exact wheels i'll be running, but they're close. just gives you an idea on how actual directional wheels in a similar size will look.
