i won't be able to use the OEM wheels after i 5 lug swap it...

side note #2 for today: the guy who said he was going to make fog lights for me was apparently running with my ideas and just going for it. he figured that if i didn't like them he could still sell them to someone else. i was unaware that he was doing that, haha. i'll know more info later about what he's been concocting. i'm excited to see what he found.

Re: My '05 V - Headers in. More parts exist. Its slow

ehhhh....kinda.

there are days when i walk out of work or a store and go "**** yes", but as i get closer to the car it just needs to be lowered a good amount and it'll be awesome.

Re: My '05 V - Headers in. More parts exist. Its slow

clutch master cylinder went in today. the pedal is way stiffer than stock and the engagement is super fast compared to stock as well. it'll take some getting used to and i should probably adjust the pedal position a little bit to see if i can get it to feel a little more "right" to me.

overall i haven't been blocked out of any gears, but i was hoping the notchiness would dissipate a little. oh well, side effect of the hurst setup. the pedal is also squeaking and driving me insane. need a little lube in there and i should be good to go.

i'm also buying a BNIB fully adjustable shifter with a ballistic joint setup for the pivot cup and going to swap that out for my hurst, which i've already got someone on the hook to buy. i like the thought of having something that's more....robust? yeah, that's why. heh.
